Villas Styles

Freesia
A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom two story villa with an extensive roof terrace with built-in chiminea and pergola for external dining plus a second external pergola marking an external living space.

Verveine
You will have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and seperate WC, a rooftop solarium, master bedroom with octagonal terrace and an internal and external dining room
These villas have 2 stories with an open-plan layout with a columned porchway entrance, the overall effect creating a spacious and light environment.


Zinnia
A single-story 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and a seperate WC. The villa has a large, open first floor terrace over a ground covered porch with overloos the pool.
The Zinnia Villas also feature Moroccan-styled details including a large fireplace.


Lotus
A single-storey, two bedroom villa with two en-suite bathrooms plus additional WC.
It benefits from a separate kitchen and external access to the first floor which has a
central pergola with chiminea defining an area for external living and dining.



The Clubhouse

The clubhouse in Villas du Soleil as mentioned earlier will offer a restaurant, bar and café as well as 24 hour reception and security. Exclusive to the resort is a gymnasium and an indoor heated swimming pool for you to relax and unwind.

Club card
A club card will enable guests to access all of the other facilities and restaurants within Le Jardin de Fleur’s 11 resorts. Bookings can be made at the clubhouse reception and the club card will also provide owners and guests with discounts on various activities within Mediterrania Saïdia such as golf, sailing and shopping (subject to the operator’s terms and conditions).
